I'm a Newbie
Hi Guys

I have 6 Michelin Alpins for sale. They are off my Burstner Argos and are pretty much brand new and have done only 1200 miles. They cost me £925 and ill take £600 for them.

Size = 225 / 75 /16

Can you tell us the load rating please and date of manufacture.

Load rating is 121/120

Where do I see manufac date? They are brand new 6 weeks old

You should see a four digit number on the sidewall something like “3417” this denotes that they were produced in week 34 of 2017.

What you’re up against is who ever buys them will have to pay to have them fitted and have no warranty on the tyres. With fitting etc not a big saving over buying new and can put them on a credit card. It’s a tough one.

Good tyres, can be used all year round, I would have just kept them on, in fact we have always run winters all year round on every van, are you now putting/put summers on?

I would leave them on I run winter tyres all year round on my tiguan as does my brother on his knaus MH

I run a small fleet on winters all year. I have always run our Motorhomes on them all year too.

Burstner Argos is a FWD Fiat 6 wheeler. I would of definitely kept them on.

You could live tor regret it.

I cant leave them on. We bought them together on the understanding we would sell them on afterwards

I would give you £400 delivered to Leeds

Not sure if I fully understand your predicament but why don’t you pay the other party half the ‘value’ of the tyres so that you can keep them.

You could use the offers here to demonstrate the value.
