2021 Auto trail Sargent solar and mains charger

Hi does anyone on here have any experience with the newer solar and mains chargers I’m looking to see if anyone knows if they have lithium configuration as can’t seem to speak to anyone directly at Sargent and auto trail strangely don’t know and said to speak to Sargent

Hi, keep trying Sargent they are open, the gentleman there is very helpful. A friend spoke to them a couple of days ago and they sorted out his query.

If it has a lithium profile it should say so in the manual. When I can’t find information on something I try downloading a pdf copy of the instructions/manual and open it in an app with a search function.
