Picked up our 2013 Mohawk today. :giggle: Had opened all external lockers and FW cap on both visits but at that time none were locked. The shop locked everything for us whilst we were sorting paperwork.
Go to have a fiddle on arrival at our storage site and I think I'm going mad.
1) First of all the FW cap doesn't seem to lock - looking inside I can see the three lugs which should engage the three slots in the internal rim - but I can't work out how the lock is supposed to actually work to try and sort it out.
2) The skirt locker - on the forward lock the lug inside does a simple 90 degree turn to lock/unlock. The rearward lock the lug can be spun right around - does this need a nut tightening or is it simply kaput?
3) Finally, the garage locks - I cannot get any of these to actually lock on both doors. Whichever way I turn the handle and turn the key, I just can't do it. Turn the handle and they're open again. What am I missing? Help!

Not sure about the others but I never lock my water. It’s so bloody stiff! It also needs pushed in. Does your spring need loosened. Good luck with the others.

Take it back.

Sounds like a couple of them are kaput.

Edit:
Pretty poor of the dealer, surely they knew they were knackered if they 'locked' them for you while you were out of sight.

Water cap - push on the cap, turn clockwise and hold whilst you turn the key. It should now freely rotate without coming off. If it doesn't turn clockwise and comes off when turning anti clockwise the lock is broken. Around £10-15 for a replacement.
Skirt locker - if the lock turns past 90 degrees it is probably corroded / broken a replacement is around £20-25.
Garage lockers - push door closed, turn the handles clockwise and push in. Don't just leave protruding as they'll just open again when you turn them.
Give me a shout if still struggling.

Thankyou! I'll remember that for the water filler, which is still a problem.

For the WF cap, try putting it in a pan of very hot water for a few minutes - I did that with mine when we had a problem and it seemed to 'free up' internal gubbins and it locked and unlocked happily after that. Worth a try !
