2004 Fiat Ducati Ace No indicators or hazard help

Morning All ,
Any electrical wizards out there can point me in the right direction please?
Couple issues which may or may not be related
1. Needed a new battery as old one started to leak although still good , now when turning on ignition i get "batt" on the dash until I start up then it disappears , I don't think this is normal or was doing before ????
Secondly I had an indicator out due to corroded connection , I had indicators flashing on whilst trying to fix and now I have lost all indicators and hazard lights
I have checked every fuse ,both sides and in the engine bay but cannot see any blown
Lastly now everyone I turn off the ignition the clock and trip reset to zero .
Cannot see any loose or broken wires to the battery , any ideas please?
Hoping to get fixed before trip Friday

I suspect you need a new battery and you have at least one, perhaps several, earth faults.

I have had a brand new battery and I thought it might be earth related ,is there an easy way you know to check earth's?
