2000 watt inverter

Go for a VECTRON.. the best, but not the cheapest. I had a Chinese (cheap) one on my live-aboard boat… Chucked it after about a month as it kept tripping out, even though everything was in order… Replaced it with a VECTRON … all problems solved… Talk to Tom at Motorhome Workshop in Worthing.

Whichever make you go for, make sure it is full sine wave output.

You may also want to consider one with a built-in EHU priority switch.

If you intend to have it switched on permanently then you should also check out the no load battery load.

My NDS inverter from Roadpro was expensive but has been no trouble.

As a boat owner Victron have a reputation for being one of the best, but if budget is the priority Sterling Power do some great pure sine wave. I went with this one
