15 amp solenoid fuse melted

My dad's 15 amp solenoid fuse melted today and was smoking.checked manual which said it was the heating part.but still have hot air coming out.its the 1st amp in the 3 compartment not the 13 fuse compartment.

What make and model of Motorhome, not base motor and photo of fuse location if possible.
