Gordes aire at bottom of hill

This aire is just a reasonable place to park and is out of the town which is a mile gentle uphill stroll, HOWEVER, this is where you get the classic view of Gordes, so you could pay to park up in the town but you would have to walk downhill to get to the viewing points and this one is 10 eurosish cheaper.
There is also a village made up of stone shepherds huts about a mile along the adjacent road that you have to pay to go into, and for those that know me, I cant give you a review of that...
