Park where you want, free of charge, river for swimming just a couple of hundred yards away, sufficient shops in village, preferable to have a form of transport I would have thought.
looks like some caravans there in the photo from google but none while we were there, really quite pleasant place, there was a 3.5 tonne bridge in the town that nobody took any notice of.
Another good base to leave the motorhome in full view of other motorhomers for the day out on the motorbike
