I have used Tyne valley in the past and we did buy a Burstner Aviano new from them.
As we now own a Hymer in the past I have booked in for the annual test to be carried out for the preservation of warranty the first year £144 after a long conversation disputing the need for a habitation service the next one £210 for the same task and today quoted £320 again for the same job .
I’m afraid not task identical under-seal the same just blatant rip off.
So that’s us a Tyne valley going our separate ways.

We have just collected our first motorhome from Tyne Valley Motorhomes. We have had a great experience every time we visited. Having just had our first trip away we have found a couple of niggles with the van. We were just about to call Tyne Valley when we received a call from Carolyn to check if everything was going well. We were immediately given a date to suit our needs as well as a courtesy car. I can not fault their sales team nor aftersales team! Keep up the good work!

Went to see a Hyme r grand canyon recently, the van was new but electric sliding door would not open, leisure batteries totally flat, engine battery totally flat, it looked like it had just been parked up and left for months.
Very poor on an 80+ grand van, that's 2 vans I have been to see how that were in very poor condition, will not go again.

After multiple insidents capped off with a service and MOT to find out 4 months later the MOT hadn’t been done. We had travelled to monaco and back up through the alps skiing effectively without insurance because we had no MOT. Although Johnathon Bell tried to appease us there was no sincerity from any other member of staff.

How come its took four months to find out? The paperwork is with the truck after its mot?? May it be possible it was a communication fault on both parts? I honestly cannot fault the guys. As regards the mot....sorry but the paperwork would normally have been passed on to you the point of completion . If it had failed you would have known about it there and then.
Do not get me wrong here but it looks like a issue with something being said or not as the case may be at the time?

On our 5th Motorhome now so when we went to Tyne Valley for our Hymer exsis we knew exactly what we wanted. A 400 mile round trip but well worth it.
Really friendly and helpful dealer, no pushy sales people here they are a pleasure to work with.
Good value service plans and accessory fitting too, so we’ll be back to them again. Highly recommended.

We had to take our motorhome back to Tyne Valley Motorhomes for some warranty issues. The sat nav had given up on us and there was a crack in the habitation internal door skin. We got there after a 4 hour journey up on Monday afternoon. They plugged us in on hook up and gave us coffees. Talked us through the next days jobs and left us to settle in for the evening.
Tuesday the heavens had opened and the day was really miserable. However..Carolyn the after sales lass who was looking after us..had our keys and took us in to the new customer waiting room. Apologised because it was just being finished but it was warm and friendly. More coffees and left us to it. After 1/2 hour she came back and offered us the use of a car whilst we were up on their site. The job was going to be around 3-4 hours . We kindly accepted but then refused as the weather conditions worsened . We thought it best to stop in the warm. Carolyn then came to us with Sausage and Egg cobs (Hot ones too!) free gratis!
1 o'clock came and the motor home was bought back to us with Carolyn (polish and duster in hand) coming to collect us for checking it out. She took us around the vehicle to make sure we were satisfied and then polished the dash and the door way where the guys had been working. The "Smart" repair on the door was seriously...Invisible! Bloody marvellous to be honest! You could not tell it hd been repaired.
The Sat nav system had been changed with a new updated map card and all was well. There was some issue with the gas struts under one of the seats in the lounge...that too had been rectified and new installed!
Its easy to condemn any company for stuff that is either never done or done properly! In our case we believe the guys here in Tyne Valley went above and beyond to be honest.
Really think they deserve a mention for what they have done to help us with our motor home.
We personally believe that these are One of the best dealers around.
Well Done to Tyne Valley Motorhomes ...Especially Jonathan Bell Director and The After sales guys !! 5 Stars!

We went in to Tyne valley motorhomes the week before Christmas to collect our Auto Trail Savannah we had ordered from them in our little smart car. The Journey took 4 hours to get there!
The weather was really against us in all directions ! The handover went well with Paul (Hand over guy) and the truck was As Described by Jonathon Bell the directors son and company partner. All in all, the truck was really pretty and when we checked it out , There were a few little tiny issues but we were well satisfied . Nothing that could not be sorted in the post.
We returned home here in Stafford with our car on the back and the only issues we had was the one wiper blade had failed and the left head light had an issue with the main beam. We spoke to the guys whilst travelling about things and they said we would have a new set of blades the next day and to check what we thought the light problem was and they would authorise a garage to repair or replace the assembly if needed. This was excellent news as were too far to take it back .
Saturday (Next day) we had a pair of wiper blades delivered via UPS at 9.30am! Now That is service for you!
The light was an issue with the auto alignment stud/stem being out of its socket! That was sorted for us by the guys at Bank Top Garage Gnosall.
We are really very pleased with Jonathon Bell and the guys up in Tyne valley . They have showed us that you can trust in a dealership and Jonathon Bell has given us a lot of confidence with his company and the service that they are providing.
Its too easy to condemn or 'slag' off anyone nowadays on the internet. We also believe that very little is actually said when someone or some company goes that step further to make things right for you. In our case up to date...these guys are well worth a 5 Stars rating.
Would definitely buy again if we are fortunate enough to do so. With out any hesitation at all.

Went to see Murvi Morello in 2017, in poor condition overall, really disappointed with the condition.

Has put me off this dealer for that reason although if I saw a van I liked I would maybe give them another chance.
