Southdowns Motorhome Centre

We had a good look around for our current motor home and rather than have one specked and built to order we found one more or less as we wanted at Southdowns. After a week or so negotiating we agreed the price and went to view. The dealer is a good 150 miles away so a little apprehensive due to sorting any issues should they arise which appears to be the norm rather than the exception...
So here we are 3 months in and some very minor issues have been noted, which are negligible and can wait until we are in the area. Had a big issue with our gas filling system and they couldn’t have been more helpful. When we got there that afternoon around 3pm they were quite busy with other vans but straight away dealt with our gas system, checked out our other items and sorted them out as well. Left us reassured and happy with their immediate service

Been dealing with them for a couple of years now and they are very good. We have had a couple of problems with our Laika but they have been dealt with without any hassle. We live some 200 miles from their service centre so it’s great that all the preliminary work ie. Discussions and Parts needed can be sorted via email with one visit to get it sorted. Other Dealers we have used seem to think it’s acceptable to visit 3 or 4 times to get the simplest of faults fixed.
