Been dealing with them for a couple of years now and they are very good. We have had a couple of problems with our Laika but they have been dealt with without any hassle. We live some 200 miles from their service centre so it’s great that all the preliminary work ie. Discussions and Parts needed can be sorted via email with one visit to get it sorted. Other Dealers we have used seem to think it’s acceptable to visit 3 or 4 times to get the simplest of faults fixed.
