We have had a Murvi Morocco for nearly five years having bought it new directly from Murvi.
Buying the vehicle was characterised by a complete lack of hard sell by Murvi. Their lead times are long, typically six months, as each vehicle is built to the customer's specification but this is inevitable if you want a vehicle designed for you.
The after-sales service is second to none from what I've read about the experiences of others with conventional MH dealers. Very little has gone wrong with our vehicle but they replaced a panel in the toilet compartment when the vehicle was nearly four years old without complaint and reworked another panel without being asked.
The design of the Murvi range is very different to most PVCs with an uninterrupted side door and a very large kitchen. The colours and materials used are bright and cheerful - no old fashioned shiny dark wood in a Murvi!
When you buy a Murvi you join a family. There is very active owners' club with regular meets, a newsletter and their own forum and website. The combination of support from the manufacturer and other owners is almost unique and a very good reason for buying a Murvi, whether new or second hand.

A good company and a good product, expensive for work to be done at the factory but they did a good job.

Nice vans, quite well winterised, fresh tank inside, insulation is not very good which was my main issue. Its just thin loft insulation with no vapour barrier.

Eberspacher heating very power hungry which is why they switched to using Webasto around 2009.

Nice roomy shower although shower tray did split, Murvi now use a better GRP shower tray on later models, ours was a 2005 model.

Overall an very good van and company, I would have no hesitation in recommending the vans.
