Very pleased with our purchase in 2018.
Scrolling forward to August this year. Their Fiat Professional service side seems to be waning. After premium service I was advised I needed new windscreen washer jet as it was clogged, £70 + to replace(on getting home I discovered the pipe had come off )
Most disturbingly a very short time later having traveled down to Germany and heading for Greece I discovered ALL four locking wheel nuts had not been tightened with one almost off.
I spoke to the service department who told me someone in authority would call me back. That was 6 weeks ago and still no call.
I could go on but for a very good dealership I feel they could improve on the service side.

As new potential motorhomers we had done lost of research around layouts and numerous You Tube Videos but went to Camper UK to see some layouts 'in the flesh'.

We were able to wander around without any pressure to look at layouts.

We made our decision on which motorhome and options and kept a close eye on the internet for one to come up.

It actually came up at Camper UK which gave us some comfort. I had a discussion with the sales team before traveling to gain all specification details.

On arriving the service could not have been more relaxed with little pressure and plenty of time for us to look around and spend time on the home. The salesperson was happy to leave us exploring and give him a shout when we were finished.

We agreed a fair price after negotiation and when we collected had a near two hour hand over from an excellent technician. My father in law who is 86 and on his 12th motorhome was with me on collection and said it was the best handover he had ever seen.

I had a couple of queries after the collection which were answered promptly.

Happy owner of a Burstner 680G and would certainly have no hesitation in buying another vehicle from Camper UK

We booked our van in for a recall to fix floor delamination
(a common fault in Burstner vans built circa 2016).
My experience was very good and they did a professional job finishing off with a full valet. I was kept informed during the process and the job was finished on time.
I wasn’t the original owner but that didn’t matter either.
