We did the same a few years ago and transferred them to our current van. Although we replaced them last year, they're still in very good condition (if anyone is interested in a set of fiat Ducato covers?)
The company are on Hillgate in Stockport and there is van parking available. They make seat covers for any vehicle and usually have them in stock, or can make a set very quickly.
