Lovely area - we visited Munich and Schloss Neuschwanstein just a couple of weeks back, and said we'd definitely be back for more, plus Austria and another trip into Italy.

That's where we're off to this September, can't wait.
We did the Black Forest on the motorbike a few years ago, that's when we decided to get a motorhome after meeting an English couple with a motorhome in a lay by who plied us with strawberries

Well we are thinking about touring the Mosel from the Luxembourg end to Koblenz in 4 weeks time, then maybe add the Rhine Koblenz to Mainz section after that........

So maybe it would be rude not to do the Wine route after that

Really? We bought some lovely German Red when we came through briesach on that last trip. I would go as far as saying gives the French a run for their money
