The problem with the "all in one" TV is when something breaks it's a lot of money to replace. I agree with hilldweller that make is nice, but a great deal of money. I have a well known store 12volt 19in LCD TV that cost 90 quid ( no DVD, or build in sat tuner ) and can match a 300+ quid one picture for picture. At the end of the day like buying a car or motorbike or motorhome the choice is yours.
yes.. but it may have a 240 volt to 12vdc brick ...

The Beauty of an Avtex TV is that its built to take punishment that ordinary TV's wont tolerate.
I use a Bose mini speaker that makes all the difference.
Finlux works well for us runs on 12v and uses very little power i'm sure @Techno100 uses one and is best man for the pros and cons of anything 12v and more.Need a new tv have read good reports on the Finlux is the 19HBE 180B-NC any good and does it work on 12 v as well as 240 thanks

It will still be 12 volts via a 230 volt box but not being sold as the travel version it won't have a 12 volt lead. This is the later version of the 19" and without seeing it in the flesh it looks much chunkier (not good IMHO) Good price and a lead will be around ÂŁ12 on ebay if the 4 pin connector typeFinlux works well for us runs on 12v and uses very little power i'm sure @Techno100 uses one and is best man for the pros and cons of anything 12v and more.
