I am in the process of registering my PHGV Hymer (4,500 kg), in France. Four months so far and it looks like in excess of €1,000 down. I will post the full story when and if I succeed. Luckily I have a very good French friend who is making the hundreds of complicated phone calls for me.
We have our gas and electric check at the end of this month then we have a 270km round trip to Montpellier for what we hope will be the final check at DREAL. For that check and the subsequent CT (MOT) test I will I presume have to have Speed Stickers of 80, 100 and 110 on the back.
The usual 150 or 200 mm ones for trucks, I think look hideous on the back of a beautiful Camping Car but I have seen tiny ones about 75mm on the back of many vans like the picture below.
So my question is; Does anybody know where to get them? I have searched everywhere and can only come up with the big ones.
Hopefully @yodeli or some of the other members in France will have an answer for me.
On one of the French Forums where they were complaining about them bitterly there was a suggestion about tiny ones in Belgium but I have no idea where or what to search for.
Thanks for any suggestions.
