We feel very privileged that two (4) Funsters have gone out of their way to come and see us in St.Cyr.
It was great to welcome Jill & Paul last Saturday & Sunday, and to give them an impromptu experience of Norman village life!
And today we have met Norman & Sue who are wending their way back to Calais. They are calling back tomorrow, for lunch, and hopefully, weather permitting, a tour of the village - and its hotspots ...
It's cool to be able to put names to faces and we hope to meet many more Funsters in the future - coffee, tea, Calva, Pommeau in abundance, loos behind the church, and food (as long as SWMBO's in a cooking mood!)
Plenty of safe parking on the square - at least you'll sleep well from just after midnight (12 dongs, twice, from churchbells) till 7am when the Angélus rings (about 143 dongs)... or for the fainter-hearted, plenty of space just outside the village at our other property, next to the (haunted) house... :thumb:
