Not really a recommendation as such, since we haven't ever used one. I see lots of people talking about this kind of thing:

Personally we have never needed an onboard washing machine, always get by using the ones on site.

Funny enough, another funster is selling them at £79 a bargain, I paid £69 on offer years ago.

Several on the market Ours is a single tub and works very well. We place it in the shower and fill it from the shower head . Only down side is it uses a lot of water and as we normally wild camp water is an issue .

We've had a portable twin tub washing machine for while now.
The BIG bonus for us is the spin dryer which leaves the clothes very dry
    Would recommend

That's what Jill is looking for as well. We are quite happy washing with the posser as shown in my post above but a spin dryer would be a great help.
Unfortunately it seems nobody does one :(

We visited a car boot sale this morning and bought a Tefal 325W spin dryer for a tenner. Initial checks OK and will test how well it dries stuff when the washer has finished its programme in half an hour or so :) For the short times that Jill wants to use it, it shouldn't take too much from the battery on a sunny day. Just got to find some way of transporting it now :D
