Just a tad..
I bought a slightly bigger one Link a few months ago and I’ve been ‘road-testing’ it in Spain for the last few weeks. Really works superbly. I’ve been running it off 12v and as part of the revised solar setup, our drinks have all been cooled by the Sun… quite satisfying…

However I am never spending another £ € $ with Vevor… bloody useless company!

Also, the Apicool Bluetooth app is bloody useless… keeps hanging/freezing (pun) in use…

I think its a rebadged LG. I got one last year and am very pleased with it and can confirm it is a compressor, only used it as a fridge to keep drinks cold. Never had a problem with the app crashing.

I just received the 20L gadget, and what a pleasant surprise! At first sight it looks and feels well constructed, it is compact, and it was down to -15C in no time at all. It was virtually silent when switched to ECO mode. SWMBO approves, and it even has a USB charging socket!
The proof of the pudding will be when we are

Hi used for 3 days without hookup all food solid, and battery still good, very happy
You can slow the fan down if it's annoying, saves a bit of power too 👌

Was it plugged into the vans cigar lighter when travelling and on hab batteries when stopped ?

just asking as I was going to do the same but worried it would drain the batteries overnight.

we have two 95 amp batteries recharges but solar .

Be interested to know what problems you had with this company, as I have just ordered a wood planer from them , it's only two thirds the price of what looks an identical item.

Have you measured the running current?
I have not measured mine For the 36 ltr. Dellonda but the spec says. Power Consumption: 0.3kWh / 24hr.
I don’t know if this is good or bad.
used last year on the car while travelling worked o.k then went direct to ehu. So never run on batteries for any time.

I like the ideas of two freezing zones one could be considerably colder than the other
or one zone. To below 19.

Ive got one of those. Didnt want to spend Dometic money on one.
Out the box, It blew all the fuses on my VW California when I had it. Tried in another motor, same thing.
Has a Faulty 12V system, works fine on 240v.
Had a terrible time with the Chinese supplier. Different supplier to OP. eventually they gave me my money back

I bought a small invertor for it and it works great👍

Looks almost identical to my AstroAI branded one got from Amazon last year, for a little bit more [it's 10% bigger and has an icecube compartment :whistle2:].

However, it has worked well keeping Kerry's food solidly frozen.
My 120w solar & 2 leisure batteries kept up okay in overcast conditions but I did monitor closely and did dial back the temperature from -18C to -5C Also battery voltage protection set to low, to stop me fretting.

Simplistic explanation is that they sent from outside the UK, even though it purports to be a UK delivered product. This incurred the carrier letter that I needed to pay duty and handling fees. I emailed the company and told them if they didn’t sort, I wouldn’t accept delivery… Took several emails before they conceded and paid the VAT and fees. I paid with PayPal and had opened a dispute which I think assisted. They were somewhat indifferent and perplexed with my stance, which in turn, surprised me.

Anyway, it was an annoying process and one I will not repeat…

It's handy to know the running current because the watt hour /24 hour figure depends on thermostat setting, ambient temperature etc.

I calculated our box watt hour as 744/24hr but that would be running continuously

Does that mean two 95 watt batteries would not cope with it.
sorry if this sounds a bit thick but I am not into that sort of electrics and know nothing about wats foe hour or 24 hours.

You mean 95ah batteries? Yes they'll be fine. Our box runs at about 2.5 amps so with good solar it will run as long as we need it 👍

Worked mine out as this. 0.3. At 12 volts. 25 ah Looks like 6 hours off of two 95 ah batteries or have I got it all wrong.

I was hoping for a lot longer.

but 240 volt ehu. Is 1.25 ah.

that according to the below link.
