Just had a phone call to say our digibox is ready for collection (supplied as part of media pack by A/Trail)

57 days since it was removed for repair under warranty, seems a bit excessive this day and age, but no sign of our replacement Thetford Toilet flush button panel supposedly ordered at the same time:Angry::Angry::Angry:

I would complain direct to AutoTrail, from what we understand they are redhot on complaints

I was going to say what Peter said ask them if they think this is good service?tell them this is spoiling your enjoyment of the van ask them what they are going to do about it in this day and age parts should be next day

Digi box picked up in unopened parcel from Armour Auto, fitted it myself and all seems ok. As an engineer I'm intrigued by the fact that none of the casing screws show any bruising, are they new?
