I don't think it was really cheap. Been with LV for a few years now and the increases have always been moderate until this year. Always do comparisons and while some others come close, LV has always come out lowest, and lowest on all three.

Incredibly cheapJust had my renewal from LV…
Vw eos 2007… @ 4000 miles
Vw Touareg 2013 @ 10000 miles
Rapido camper at 4600 kg 2015 @ 6000 miles
Last year £560
This year £770
I’m happy with that, but being a Yorkshire man, I’ll be ringing them next week
Also, just opened a Natoinwide flex account for breakdown etc
For the same van as you my Comfort insurance is £434 but but just got a quote for the new van (if it ever arrives) £1000 so I'll be looking at LV.My current LV= motorhome premium is £404 which I consider good which is renewable in June so I expect a bit of an increase.

Any comments SpeveJust seen a video of the couple that turned over their Hymer in Spain it’s on here somewhere as well
Turns out that with LV your fully comp in the UK but aboard your only cover for the minimum amount for law so 3rd party I guess
It’s stated in the very small print on the policy
I’m off to double check myself
