You really shouldnt have to remove the back of the tv.

Light on (blue) on ariel amplifier in wardrobe, all wires connected there as well. Play 5s and 3s (dominos) Mrs likes soaps , say no more.. Think have to remove back cover on TV but hanging between seats.

Have you inadvertently altered the antenna source in the tv settings?

TV back is an extra cover, over connections. Not opening up TV. retuining at 4 places no channels found.

Getting no programmes on tuning to me means no aerial connection, as even in a very poor signal area you get one or two channels, even if a poor picture. I agree you will have to get the back off to look at the connections, but can’t help with how to do that!

check the cables in the cupboard I knocked min in the past so they are not fully secured , gosh the soaps you really need to get it going Do you not have a laptop and stream or use wifi

Cables in wardrobe secure, and clipped to wall. Need to remove cover of TV but do not see screw holes...

I have the same ariel but possibly newer. I don’t get any channels at home or on some sites but my old directional Status one got a signal everywhere.

Slightly off topic. We are just back from a 9 week trip. didn't even try to turn tye telly on.

SUCCESSFUL, able to remove back panel, ariel cabel had come our of socket. Retuned, over 200 tv channels 60 radio and 30 data? Thank you for your helpful posts. Jay

Are you rotating the aerial to point exactly at the nearest TV mast.
If not that's the problem.

Leave the cover off, then it's easy to see if the aerial lead has been detached.
