Yes, I have never understood that question. Moral turpitude: "conduct that is considered contrary to community standards of justice, honesty or good morals."Even more confusing is they ask you if you have ever been convicted of an offence involving moral turpitude. Any idea how to answer that (other than "no")
Surely that is simply the definition of being convicted of a criminal offence?
