You will be fine, just remember to hold your breath when you fall in.

I am off for my pre-op assessment today at the hospital (dodgy foot) otherwise we would have been there with you.

Seriously though you will be fine. Stop worrying about what you can worry about next. Once your there and go along with the flow you will quickly forget your worries....HOPEFULLY...it is fun.

A trained instructor is there to teach you.
