You probably don't need one, but it's handy to have when you do.:Doh:
I've stopped carrying ours around all the time now, it's a heavy piece of kit.
We'll just take it along when I know we may use it, shows etc.
As you, we're mainly campsite folk but when we next get to go on a proper trip abroad, or up to the Western Isles, with the chance of some wild camping it will get packed up...:thumb:

I only got one for the wild camping I plan on doing and a trip skiing where electricity is not always reliable.
Apart from that my solar panel and LB seem to be ok most of the time.

Hi there if you got solar you do not need generator
Into my 2 nd winter season no problem wilding camping and campsite now and then mainly for luxury of unlitmed hot water just be careful and turn off things not necessary
