I am with the "faulty thermocouple" school of thought...

When it's sorted (and it will be) you can make your hot water in your boiler last much, much longer (and save on gas at the same time) by doing what I do...

Stop wasting it on showering or washing up.

Hi have had same problem simply resolved if you do not restrict the flow the cold water has an easer route to shower head if you restrict flow slightly it creates more pressure in pipes and hot and cold water tend to mix better. I have now put a restrictor disc in shower hose that came free with replacement hose it is just a plastic disc with several holes designed for mains pressure. I just increased the hole diameters with small drill bits until I got the flow right. hope this helps. cheers les

The only non return valve that should be fitted to the Truma is in the cold water supply pipe this is to stop hot water tracking back into the cold pipework.
