There have been changes at Waldegraves. Sharon the new bookings Manager has explained these to me.

From today onwards 11.3.2014 if you are booking a pitch for this event it needs to be paid in full at the time of booking.

If you have already booked a pitch but not paid anything please contact them to make payment.

If you have booked a static and not yet paid, please pay in full now. Any statics reserved but with no payment will be given back to Waldegraves for general sale at full price on Friday 14th March.

Thanks Gail - the trip is likely to spoil my bank holiday weekend as well. It is a problem being a slave to commerce though I had forgotten that I had already agreed to the Panama/USA trip for that time (and it is one I do every year)
