Here are the initial details please book your pitches early as this site is very popular on sunny weekends and in the summer months.

PLEASE READ ALL THE DETAILS as there are two separate sets of information, one for statics and one for pitches

This is an ideal opportunity for a short break or to extend for the whole week at greatly discounted prices

Tentative Plans

Friday evening Welcome drinks, possible communal bbq followed by entertainment in main clubhouse

Saturday, daytime entertainment if you wish to join in, hosted by onsite entertainment team. The outdoor pool will be open depending on weather. There is fishing and a golf driving range, play area and more.

Possibility of boat "trips" and water fun over the weekend on Highwayman's Ribs depending on sea conditions and weather (currently in planning stages. Small charge may apply)

Saturday evening

Birthday Buffet in the restaurant with Karaoke, Rock n Roll and party dances
alternatively you may join the main entertainment in the clubhouse
(There will be no charge for the food as we are providing this)

Sunday

Sunday birthday & farewell lunch in the restaurant - discounted price being arranged followed by birthday cake.

We may be joined by other funsters celebrating birthdays on this weekend.

STATIC ACCOMMODATION PRICES

Friday 16 May to Monday 20 May 2014 Silver Accommodation £110
Friday 16 May to Monday 20 May 2014 Gold Accommodation £200
Friday 16 May to Friday 23 May 2014 Silver accommodation £230

I have reserved two statics for funsters these are numbers 19 and 20 on Evergreen Way
Statics 17 and 18 have already been booked for family members

BOOKING YOUR PITCHES

We will be using pitches 233 and 234 which should give us a meeting area if we cannot use the sink area.

You can book now with £10 deposit and balance payable 1 month before the event.

Please state you are from MOTORHOMEFUN when booking. Please choose from the following pitch numbers. We have reserved 18 pitches all near each other so this is on a first come first served basis. If we fill these quickly there may be an opportunity to obtain further pitches.

230-233
235-237
273-281
307-312

PITCH PRICES

Friday 16 May to Monday 20 May 2014 £16 per night for up to 4 people DOGS free
Friday 16 May to Friday 23 May 2014 £80 total for up to 4 people DOGS free
ideal stopover if you are going on to Jaw's Thetford Bash

Please let me know what pitch you have booked and whether you will be joining us on Sunday afternoon for a meal in the restaurant and birthday cake. The restaurant gets booked up very quickly.

There is absolutely no pressure to join in with anything. Come, stay as long as you wish, chill, have fun and join in when you want to.

Hope you can make it :thumb::thumb::thumb::thumb::thumb::thumb:

Hi Gail, I would love to come but because of my circumstances can't say I will .. and I don't want to take up any of the spaces and then let you down. If it is applicable nearer the time I will ask if there is room....... HOWEVER, I hope you will have a wonderful time there .. talk soon. x

Oooooh

Thank you Waldegraves :thumb::thumb::thumb:

I have just had a telephone call from Waldegraves, they have allocated all their brand new hard standing pitches for my birthday bash. I will be posting the new pitch numbers soon

and.................

Will be putting up a marquee for us, so that if the weather is poorly we have somewhere to meet.

The hardstanding is near the fishing lake and there is a toilet block, with indoor washing up and showers very nearby.

Thank you so much. What a thoughtful gesture.

AND............

pitches remain at £16 per night including dogs or £80 friday to friday

What a result :thumb::thumb::thumb::thumb::thumb:

1 year on and loving it!
Well done Gail!

I am waiting on dates from my sister who is travelling over from South Africa next year, before I book anything! So far she's been coming in June, July, August and now maybe April or May!

I enjoyed Waldegraves and hard standing will be such a bonus (was quite pleased with the fact that I got off the other week without having to be pushed or pulled! )

Really pleased for you!

no problem Martyn, we can bring an extra mobility scooter or you can share mine, the distance is nearly the same from the pitches we were on at winter and its in a reasonably straight line too xxxx
