After having the fridge repaired previously because the 230v heating element wasn't working it's happened again.

We haven't even used it yet.
Brought it home after the repair and tested it, all working perfectly.
Switched it on yesterday and checked it this morning as we are going away tomorrow and nothing.
Put it on gas and we have ice in the freezer compartment and a cold fridge.

Oh well, back to the drawing board.

Strange things are happening.
Went away and left the fridge on gas where it performed faultlessly.
Not while travelling, of course. ;)

Whilst we were away we tried to reheat a chili con carne in the microwave, and this refused to work.
When we came home I tested the fridge and microwave before booking it in to get them checked out and repaired.
Both worked faultlessly. :Eeek:

What the heck is going on ? :banghead:

Some form of lose connection. Turn on the microwave and shake/riddle/knock everything electric and if the microwave hiccoughs you've found it. It's a real nightmare scenario.
