I've a window on the van that has become delaminated, in other words the inner and outer acrylic panes have separated. It's a PolyPlastic brand window - lots of stuff online about this.
It's only a small window, on one of the kids bunks at the back of the van, high up. EECO have given me a quote of £85 + Vat to rebond it, and I've got to pay the carriage there, so it's looking like that option will cost around £120, which seems a bit steep for what it is.
So, looking at gluing it myself. Anyone done this and can offer any tips? Only one I've seen online was someone who used Bostik, more because they had it around already than because it was selected as the best adhesive!
A risk of course is moisture being trapped between the panes, I'll have to be careful what day I choose to do the job.
