We're hoping someone with an encyclopaedic memory may be able to identify the manufacturer/converter responsible for producing Ol'Bess back in 1985.
Son is needing to renew the insurance on his venerable MH.
Comfort insured it happily when he bought it last year but are now asking who the converter was back in 1985.
Under many years of repainting by previous owners everything's pretty well hidden. In certain lights one can vaguely see what appears to be 'Nomad Wanderer', above the rear window, left hand corner .... Not a sticker but seems to be pressed in the crinkly aluminium ...
Google just brings up mainly American info about RVs, which she isn't. Fiat Ducato 2.5d, 6-berth, coachbuilt, RHD, u-lounge, side kitchen, hab.door just behind passenger door/seat, bathroom just behind driver's door/seat....

Yep, thanks, hunted for one high & low with no luck. She's passed through many hands in her life - Since noticing what appears to be the words 'nomad wanderer' on the rear end, can now make out, in smaller letters, 'sunseeker' ....
Googling the above seems to bring up references to Canadian or Australian RVs, which Ol'Bess isn't.

Apart from interest, all's good - got insurance with a company who weren't interested in the builder's name (y)

Couple of options to consider.....

Could well be an Australian import.
wouldnt be any different physically to the UK as both drive on the left.
Have a look at the V5 and see if it says "new at first registration"

Or

The converter went bust years ago before the internet became what it is.
