If you remember, we picked your brains at the Wrenbury bring &buy about your awning and you mentioned the weight and how it had bent your Omnistor. We went on to buy the 260L at the Lincoln Show and the sales guy mentioned that it was best to use a brush to take the weight on the Omnistor as you attached the awning and wound it in. We've used his method and have had no problems.we have one, Kampa Air XL, they are heavy and put quite a lot of strain on the Omnistor awning which needs to be wound out far enough to attach it to, then wound in, ours is now slightly bent

Ours is due for delivery on Monday, I would assume you can just use the straps over the roof that's the method we used with last awning. We bought the Kampa midi air tall at the lower price £299 from the same people off ebay on saturday. Cant wait for it to be delivered and to try it out. We do not have a wind out or rail on our autosleeper Ravenna so am not sure of the best fixing method.
Good luck and enjoy.
Steve
