This is where the rear view mirror would be fitted if we had one. I guess it's a Ducato standard fixing for a mirror but a weird shape. Hope someone can enlighten me. Thanks in anticipation :xThumb:

They twist on with a slight push.
My ex-Dealership M.D. broke a windscreen as He pushed too hard, ooops.

Thanks all ....... and forewarned is forearmed. If anyone has a mirror that's surplus to need pls meesage me .... even a broken one would probably be ok to mount a rear camera display.

there are at least 2 different types ( may be more ) so you need the specific mirror..

The bit you have affixed to the windscreen is a different shape on a number of variants or years of manufacture. for example ours is more of a tapered oblong.

the arm of the mirror has a different shape fixing and would not fit yours, but the overall mirror and arm looks the same.
hope i have explained that ok..
