Water pump disappeared from computer board

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone could help me with this...
I have a mercedes ahorn motor home which has been imported from Italy by the dealer.
We have a panel which indicates battery life, Water, etc.
At the moment the water tank is not showing on it anymore and my tap does not work anymore even though I have water in the tank.
Everything else on the panel seems to work and is still there. I have electricity etc.
Does anyone have any idea where so start with this?

Never seen a panel like that before.
The place to start would be to check fuse/fuses on the water system. Make sure 12v is getting to the pump. If it's a pressure system the pump should have power on it permanently providing the power is on. If it is tap micro switched the pump should have power with a tap open.
