Why is the connector for the external gas point the same as the one for the outside shower?

Ours isn't.

One is red and one is blue, but I mixed them up and wondered why the barbecue would take light, was making a strange noise then water came out of it, lots to learn!!

When I got taken into hospital in a rush, I got Val to bring my toilet bag in. I used sun tan oil as shower gel, thought I recognised the smell as I was "splashing it all over" worst bit was, I didn't have any shower gel or soap with me in my toilet bag so had to wash it off with shaving foam.

So that you don't mix it up the other way round might be worth putting stickers on!

My friend came over one christmas and sprayed a tin of 'Mr Blizzard' under each arm
Oh how we laughed at him, stood there, arms stretched out and with snow covered arm pits
['Mr blizzrd was a tin of the snow looking stuff you spay around windows to make them look christmasy]

SWMBO sprayed her freshly washed hair with 'Mr sheen' furniture polish, it just flopped and required two re-washes before she could leave the house

probably my favorite mix up was a friend who woke up with his wife's hormone replacement patch stuck to HIS arm after a nights sleep

we monitored him closely for any signs

Certain kid's at school used to connect the gas pipe to the water pipe in the science lab & turn both taps on briefly, when the next class came to use the bunsen burner wouldn't work, but when the pipe was pulled apart, mysteriously there was water in there!!!

She said "Aerosol"

I said "No it's for under my arms"
