Can anyone recommend a decent free editor of PDF files please? I don't want to spend a monthly subscription for something that will only be used once in a while.

Online PDF editors work well. The ones downloaded onto PCs seem to install so many plug-ins etc. that they slow down startups of applications.

I only use the basic free tools but might do depending on what you're wanting?
