Anybody know anything about the Viesa Holiday apparently it’s a lot healthier for you and works from 12 volts.

Just a cooler that uses the water evaporation method, as you say too good to be true.

Big money for apparently little benefit i.e. swamp coolers don't work unless you open the window and let in more hot air!
For that money you could buy a proper A/C.
