Update on Battery Master Order Please

Hi, I hope everyone is well and enjoying the nice weather.

I would like to know if the form I filled in late last week to buy a Battery Master has been received please.

I am not sure who it goes to but I didn’t get any kind of acknowledgement and there is no pending transaction on my bank.

I am happy to contact whoever it is directly if anyone knows please.

I did drop Jim a message yesterday so apologies if I appear impatient.

The same thing happened me a few weeks ago.
I thought I had ordered one from the MotorhomeFun shop but like you I didn’t receive any confirmation and a few days later no payment had left my account. I did it from the van and I blame it on having poor mobile reception at the time. Jim confirmed that the order hadn’t been received. The second time I ordered it I received confirmation almost immediately. I received it in the post two days later.

Thank you for the information ontheroadagain.

I have used the “contact seller” function now and that is directed to Jim so I hope to have confirmation soon. It does rather sound as though my order has slipped into a crack though as it mirrors your experience.

I did the same but couldn't get through the transaction stage so gave up after two attempts.
Ended up buying it from Etang in Bristol, took a week to arrive but it was Easter.
Actually cheaper.

Thanks for the information KUSKUS. It would seem there is definitely a glitch with ordering via the form.

I didnt think the Fun shop was still operational...

Maybe Jim can advise.

Hi everyone. Thanks for looping Jim in tonka.

Just for completion, I wanted to share that the item is still available from the forum shop and Jim has done successful testing at his end to check the process. He advises that once you have paid you should get an immediate confirmation on screen and also get an email. I would suggest that you contact Jim via the contact seller option if you complete the form and this doesn’t happen.

Just in case this helps anyone, I was trying to order on my iPad using Safari. Jim suggested that I try a different browser as there may be a cache corruption.

In the end I didn’t need to complete the order as we collected our motorhome yesterday and the dealer fitted one for us.
