I a based in East Yorkshire and I am trying to find someone to repair a leak in the Truma Combi 4/6 hot water heater in our 2008 MH.

Water is seeping out constantly when the water pump is on and the system has some pressure in it, fortunately when the pump is turned off it does not leak.

I have got the list of service/repair "partners" off the Truma website but ringing round I can't find anybody who can look at it before December - yes, December!

Another shortage of labour? Can anybody suggest who I might contact to get it sorted earlier rather than later, I am quite prepared to take it out of East Yorkshire, to Leeds, Doncaster, Grimsby, Lincoln or similar if neccessry

Water is seeping out constantly when the water pump is on and the system has some pressure in it,
Can you not locate the precise location of the leak?
It may not be the heater itself but a faulty drain valve or pipe connection/fitting that needs attention so you won't need a Truma specialist.

If its only leaking when the pump is on its unlikely to be the boiler.
Probable the air vent valve, it's a T piece on the side of the boiler near the top with a clear pipe from one side going out untder the van.
If there is water coming out of that pipe that's the problem. Easy to change. Also can try cleaning it by soaking in white vinigar or a tempory fix clamp the clear tube.

The water is seeping out from under the grey plastic housing that sits over all the heater gubbins - not through the clear plastic drain tube.

Without the pump on there is no leak, with the pump on then it leaks.

If it was possible to take the grey plastic cover off then it would be possible to see where it is coming from.

Thanks for suggestions, I have now found a Truma 'partner' in Bridlington who can look at it
