Newbie!
Hi currently sat in rain soaked Norway, planning a slow route back towards home while awaiting storm to abate. Was thinking of getting ferry tomorrow from Kristiansand, into Hirtshalls Denmark and spend a week or so meandering through but have just read that dogs have to be kept on leads all year round other than in designated areas. How have others found it? We are debating whether to just go back to Sweden where we found some fantastic dog walks as lead rules have ended as of 20th August, albeit we found most people kept their dogs on leads, which happy to when meet others, just needs bit of off time to enjoy following his nose and do his business, not interested in chasing, hes an older gent now!.. but its a bit of a long detour!

Just keep them on a lead, and see wonderful Denmark.

We found a very good dog park when we went through Denmark ( Nakskov). Several acres of wood with paths to run loose around, fenced off. Think they have these on the outskirts of most towns. Google hundeskov or hundeparc.
