In case anyone's travelling up/down the A487 in the near future - they're resurfacing both lanes north of Aberaeron, and using a 10mph convoy system. I got stuck for a while yesterday, and with the Easter break coming up it'll be even worse.
If you like testing out your hill-starts and seeing what state your clutch is in though, I recommend this route at the moment
