Sometimes I think that some tripadvisor reviews are people who are bored and really should get oit more, but then again maybe they really are that stupid - like the travel agent ones. Made me laugh anyway (yes..... I’m easily pleased )

Llanelly House

Although 18th century, Georgian town house Llanelly House is one of the most notable properties in Carmarthenshire, apparently its grandeur is let down by 'boring serviettes'.

TripAdvisor reviewer Lynne G adds: "It was disappointing from the word go. Cup, saucer, plate, cutlery, boring serviettes. No table cloth just bare table."

Reviewer 'Wayne' was also left unimpressed and said: "Its just an old house done up with a grant to attract tourists. Just a view of how a few wealthy Llanelli people used to live while the rest of the town was a slum. Now the town is terrible again, full of unemployed people walking their staffys."

Reminds me of the one about the guy who bought fossilized dinosaur footprints to add as a feature around his outdoor swimming pool. When he explained to an American guest that "These are the footprints of a T Rex" only to be answered by "Gee, you get them this close to the pool ?"
