I need to remove the inside of the freezer to replace the thermal paste, to hopefully overcome the continual defrosting we experienced on our recent trip away. Are the 6 plastic fastenings in the photo, 3 top and 3 bottom,

removable without breaking?

Thermal paste is usually on the rear of the Aluminium fins in the fridge area.
Never messed with the freezer section.

If you turn the fridge up to high it will freeze until the heat generated and not being dissipated causes the freezer to thaw try turning it down to no more then 3 bars.

Fridge has to be on maximum here in Spain, anything less doesn´t work. The freezer was fine until the last week of our 4 week trip, when it started defrosting every day soaking everything.
