The stupid things we do

Well, hopefully "we", not just me.
Had dealer include a Gaslow refillable system in a new to us van. 1 x 11kg bottle.
There is space for 2 big bottles, but the dealer fitted our bottle at the front, leaving a big empty unusable space behind. So i moved it. It was easier if I removed the hoses first.
Turned gas off at the bottle, took off the supply hose first. Then started to remove the filler hose, loosened nut, gas spewing out. Spent some time wondering why, before the penny dropped.
D'oh!
Anyway, got the bottle moved to the back, room now for more stuff.

Should have a non return valve in the bottle. You need to be brave! You will loose some gas until it kicks in

The filler hose will be full of liquid gas as there is a non return valve at each end. This turns to gas when you undo the nuts and there can be quite a lot of it.

There was a lot, my nerve failed after a few seconds and I tightened the nut up.
