We just spent a lovely few days at Smytham Holiday Park at Little Torrington. Very quiet now that the
children have gone back to school (we would normally avoid holiday parks), very nice touring section.
Through some woods directly onto Tarka trail.

Willingcott club site has private access through a locked gate, they give you a key when checking in.

Stowford farm is 5 miles east of woolacombe and is a posh full service site.

However there are sites as you drop down into woolacombe and on the back roads to braunton which are more rustic and nearer the trail.
Cheers James
