Table pole plug

I remember not to long ago reading a thread where someone was looking to buy a replacement plastic plug / cover for their table mount hole which is in the floor, and there were ebay links to buy the replacements, but Ofc as typical I canny find it.
Anyone help me out

We we went to the zoo today.. loads of empty cages and pens,, all we saw was dog !
