Swift number plate lights

HI, Just bought my 1991 swift kontiki and been making a few changes like adding solar panels and changing it around a bit, adding reverse camera too
the previous owner moved the number plate to the top which I dont like at all so moved back to the bottom, unfortunately the number plate lights are missing, do most models fit? not sure what to order

also how do you think he ran the cables up through the plastic for power?

I suspect the previous owner ran cable up behind corner trim, although I'm not familiar with your M/H

I'd be inclined to leave the wiring where is and run some new wires to the new lights and tap in to the existing rear lens cluster and pull a feed from the sidelight bulb
