Storing batteries. Tip.

    While we were away for the winter I put 3 spare batteries into storage. I wired them all together in parallel and connected a cheapo charger set to low, (1 amp) and connected it via a time clock set to 10 minutes per day.

    When we arrived home they were in perfect condition, so much so that after 14 day off charge they are still reading a surface charge of 13.4 volts. they were of course in good condition before we left.
