Solar problems?

Tried to post this but CAMC wifi not great. Wanted to know if the regulator is showing true readings as the control panel in M/H is reading different to original readings since batteries went down out of the blue. Not much info in the instructions on the Vechline regulator, however I am getting 3 red lights, Solar one is flashing steady, the bottom 2 are steady continuous red. Looking at instructions this supposed to be normal. However the panel is showing fluctuation between 14.5 and 14.8amps. Whereas before it was reading 14.5 on full charge before any usage then averaged 13.2 amps, it is set up with two 75amp batteries in tandem and has been great up till this point. Any advice on this will be greatly appreciated.
